Important:
Before returning drives for warranty service make sure you obtain a RMA number and read the packaging instructions. If  drives are returned without a RMA or not packaged correctly when returned for warranty service, your warranty may be voided.

 

Warranty Period
 New HP StorageWorks products have a full (3) Year parts exchange Warranty Service. Intelligent Choice products have a full (1) Year Advance Exchange Warranty Service, with an optional (5) Year Advance Exchange Warranty Service.
